– Confectionery: projects including material handling, fat melting, sugar dissolving, metering and dosing of liquids and powders, heating, blending, cooking, cooling and packaging of products including: chocolate making and moulding, jams, marshmallows, syrups, chewing gum, non-dairy fondants and creams.
 

– Fruit: projects including fruit washing and peeling or pitting, fruit grading and sorting, material and product conveying, pouch filling, can filling and closing, can handling, labelling and weight checking, sterilisation, evaporation for production of purees and pastes, coldbreak operations and hotbreak operations.
 

– Vegetables: projects including vegetable cleaning and sorting, washing; grading; dicing; blanching and preparing canned vegetables, brine make-up, canning and sterilisation.
